Rhonda Myles is the Chief People Officer at Freedom Prep Charter School, where she has been making a significant impact in the education world for over 15 years. She’s all about working with purpose—helping schools grow strong teams and creating spaces where students and staff can thrive. With a Business Degree and an MBA from Northwood University, Rhonda knows how to lead with both heart and skill.

During the pandemic, when the world was almost at a standstill, Rhonda stepped up and launched her own business, Myles Consulting Firm, to help nonprofits build strong teams through expert HR and talent recruitment. She’s living proof that when you mix purpose with passion, amazing things can happen.

Outside of work, Rhonda stays grounded in her faith, spends time in her garden, and cheers on her favorite football teams. She’s a proud mom of four—Stefan, Kyle, Zoe, and bonus daughter Journei—and a loving Gigi to ten grandkids who keep her smiling. She's also married to Antione Myles, gaining even more bonus love through their blended family.
